We are Lohia Starlinger Ltd and you can find us at Flat No. 401 in the Blue Bells building. This is part of the Flower Valley complex over on Survey Number 73 Part in Wanawadi. Pune is a great city to be in, and 411040 is our local area code. We aren't in a massive office block with hundreds of floors. Instead, we work from this flat on the fourth floor. It keeps things manageable and feels a lot more personal. The view from the window is mostly the other buildings in Flower Valley, but it’s a nice enough place to spend the day. We have our computers set up and we just dig into the work every morning. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We talk to each other across the room and solve problems as they come up. Wanawadi is a pretty convenient location for us. It’s got a good mix of everything nearby. We don't bother with expensive marketing or trying to sound like a giant conglomerate. We’re just people doing a job. The flat gets a bit of sun in the afternoon, which is nice. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with deadlines, but we manage. We’ve got our routine and it works. Flower Valley is a familiar landmark for most people in this part of Pune, so we don't usually have trouble explaining where we are. It’s a decent, honest place to run a business from. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
