We are located over in Chichwad, specifically at Bapu Niwas in Pandharkar Colony. It’s basically a home-run setup with Logicon Facilities & Managment Services. Satish Gaikwad helps us out here. Managing facilities isn't always the easiest job, especially in a busy place like Pune, but we’ve been at it for a bit. We handle the day-to-day things that keep buildings and offices running. It’s a lot of coordination, really. Sometimes it feels like we’re on the phone all day. Since we’re in Dalvinagar, we’re pretty close to a lot of the industrial areas, which helps. We don’t have a massive team or anything, just a few of us who know how to get things fixed or cleaned. It’s practical work. You won’t find us using big words or complicated reports. If something is broken, we find someone to fix it. If a place needs managing, we look after it. Working from Bapu Niwas keeps our costs down, which is good for everyone. The neighbors know us, and we try to keep things quiet and organized. It’s just honest work. We spend our time making sure the properties we look after don’t have any major headaches. Pune is growing so fast, so there is always something to do. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the list. We keep going like that.
