Lodha Group

We are the Lodha Group and we are based in Pune. It’s a great city to be in, though the traffic has definitely gotten worse lately. We have our setup here and we’ve been operating for a while. Our team is just a bunch of regular people who live and work in the area. We don’t have some long story about how we started or anything like that. We just saw a need for what we do and we got started. Pune is a big place, but we feel like we’ve found our spot here. Every morning we get together, have some chai, and figure out the schedule. It’s not always perfect, things go wrong sometimes, but we fix them and move on. That’s just how life is. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing with the suits and the meetings that go on forever. We prefer just getting our hands dirty and seeing results. It’s more satisfying that way. If you’re looking for us, we are right here in Pune. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we haven't changed how we treat people. It’s still about being decent and doing a fair job. We don’t need a big flashy website to tell people who we are. Our work usually speaks for itself, and word of mouth in the city helps a lot too. We keep it simple and keep moving forward every day.
