Lmih Health Foundation

Our foundation is based in Kaustubh Bunglow, which is at Plot No 94 in the Dnyaneshwar Society. We are located in Sahakar Nagar-1. Working out of a bungalow gives the foundation a much more personal feel than being in a tall office building. It’s a quiet residential area with plenty of trees around, which makes it a nice place to spend the day. We’ve set up our main working area in what used to be the front rooms of the house. It’s a bit cozy when we have everyone in at the same time. There’s a small garden out front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds sometimes get ahead of us. We focus on health-related work and most of our day is spent coordinating things or talking to people who need help. We don’t have a big flashy sign outside, just a small one near the gate. It’s a very low-key operation. Sometimes neighbors stop by for a chat while they’re out for a walk. We like being in Sahakar Nagar because it feels like a real neighborhood. The office doesn't have any of that corporate coldness. It’s just a house where we do our work. We use the kitchen for making tea and there’s usually some biscuits sitting around. It’s a simple, honest way to run the foundation and it fits our style perfectly. We stay busy but it's a good kind of busy.
