Ljp Foundation

Ljp Foundation operates out of a flat in Katraj, Pune. We are in the Dhone-Nahar Palace, right in Sukhsagar Nagar. The flat is B-1. It’s very close to the Amba Mandir, which is a big landmark in this area. Being near the temple means there is always a lot of activity on the street. Our office is just a regular apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace. We have some basic furniture and a couple of computers. It’s a practical setup for the kind of foundation work we do. We chose Katraj because it’s a place we know well and where we felt we could be useful. We don't have a big budget for decorations or fancy signs. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We spend our days dealing with various tasks, from talking to locals to managing the foundation's small projects. It can be a bit hectic when the temple has a festival, but we like the energy of the area. We are just a small group of people working together. We don't have any grand corporate plans. We just take things one day at a time and try to be helpful. The office is often full of papers and tea cups, which is how we like it. It feels real and grounded in the community.
