Ljm Properties Llp

We are tucked away on B I Road, right near Goodluck Chowk in the S Nagar area of Pune. If you know this part of the city, you know how busy it gets. The CTS 893/6 address is where Ljm Properties Llp is based. It’s an old-school part of town, and we like the energy here. There’s always someone moving around or a rickshaw honking outside our door. Our office isn’t anything fancy. We have some old files, a few desks, and a lot of maps of the local area pinned up. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Most of our day is spent talking to people who walk in or making calls about different plots and flats around Pune. It gets loud sometimes because of the traffic, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been in this spot for a long time now. The Goodluck Chowk landmark makes it easy for people to find us, which is helpful. We usually start our day early before the heat picks up. It’s just us working through the paperwork and trying to keep everything straight. There’s no big trick to how we work. We just show up, do the job, and go home like everyone else in the neighborhood. The area has a lot of history, and being right in the middle of it feels right for us.
