The office part is just a few desks tucked away near the front. It’s usually a bit noisy with the sounds of the street and the nearby workshops. We’ve got a small fridge for our lunches and a water cooler that everyone gathers around. It’s a very functional environment. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. It’s more about having what we need within reach. The paperwork usually piles up on the corner desk by Wednesday. We have a routine that we follow, from opening the shutters in the morning to checking the inventory at the end of the shift. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we’ve become a tight group. It’s just a regular workplace in the middle of a big industrial zone, nothing more and nothing less. It works for us and keeps us busy.
