Most of our time is spent looking through databases and trying to find candidates for the roles our clients need to fill. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s satisfying when you finally find the right person for a job. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of paperwork that never seems to go away. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that.
