We’re located in Pune, specifically at Balaji Nagar. You can find us at Navlai Nivas, which is on Survey No 23/2. We’re C/O S R Shelar. It’s a busy part of Pune, and our office reflects that. We’re Lineage Power (India) Pvt Ltd. Even though the name sounds big, we’re just a regular team working out of this spot. The office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a place with some desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups. We spend our days dealing with power solutions and making sure things run right. Balaji Nagar is a good place to be, even with the traffic and the noise. We’ve got used to the sound of the city. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and try to help our customers. It’s not always smooth sailing. Sometimes we have a lot of stress when projects pile up, but we get through it together. We like the local feel of being at Navlai Nivas. It’s more personal than a big corporate park. We know the people who live nearby. If you come by, you’ll see we’re just normal people working hard. We aren't looking to be the biggest, just to be reliable and get our tasks finished. That’s how we do things here in Pune. It is what it is, and we keep moving forward.
