We’ve set up our office on the 3rd floor of Lunkad Towers, which is right in the Viman Nagar area. It’s a pretty good location, and there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby. Lighto Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend our work weeks. The office isn't overly big, but we’ve managed to fit everyone in. We have a few windows that look out over the street, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. Most of the work involves a lot of technical planning and looking at various designs. It’s quiet most of the time, except when we’re all debating how to solve a specific problem. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing with strictly enforced rules. We just come in, do our jobs, and try to help each other out. Viman Nagar is a lively part of Pune, and it’s easy for most of the staff to get to. We’ve got a shelf full of old samples and a kitchen area that’s mostly just a kettle and some biscuits. It feels more like a small community than a big company. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that the customers don't have many complaints. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us. We just take it one day at a time.
