Lighto Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

The office for Lighto Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is up on the 3rd floor of Lunkad Tower in Viman Nagar. It’s actually a pretty decent spot since there are so many cafes nearby, even if parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We’ve been here for a couple of years now. The space inside is mostly open desks. We deal with tech things all day, and it can get a bit technical, obviously. It’s not always quiet. Usually, there’s someone talking about a bug or a hardware issue while others are just typing away. We don’t have a massive team, just a group of people who know their way around electronics and software. Some of us have been friends for ages, so it doesn't feel like a stiff workplace. There’s always a stash of biscuits in the drawer and a half-empty water cooler. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just handle the projects that come our way and try to stay on schedule. The elevator in the building is slow, so we often end up taking the stairs, which is probably good for us anyway. It’s a straightforward operation. We focus on the tech side and try not to overcomplicate things. Every day is different, but the goal is always just to finish what we started. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how we work and it seems to go fine.
