Out here at Plot No. I-19 in Khed City, things are a bit different than in the main city. It’s a newer industrial area, and we are situated right on the road that goes from Khed to Pabal, near Kanhersar. Lenze Mechatronics Pvt.Ltd. is the name on the gate, and inside, we spend our days working on mechatronics parts. The commute for some of us is quite long, but you get used to the open spaces after a while. The facility is fairly large because the equipment we use takes up a lot of room. It’s not a quiet place once the shift starts. There’s a lot of humming from the electronics and the sound of things being moved around the Gat No. 1898 area. We don’t have a fancy canteen, so we mostly stick to our own routines for food and breaks. The weather gets pretty hot in the afternoons, and the fans in the shed don't always do much, but we get through it. We’ve been here since the industrial park started filling up. It’s a lot of technical work, looking at drawings and making sure the sensors and motors are doing what they should. We don't spend much time on marketing or anything like that. Most people who know us just come straight to the Khed City site when they need something sorted out. It’s a practical way to run things, really, and it works for us. We stay until the jobs are done.
