Lemon Homes

Lemon Homes is based right near the Mundhwa Bridge in Pune, over in the Shiv Sagar Building. If you know where Shivshakti Electronics is, we are basically right there. Our office at 20/2 is usually a bit of a hive of activity. We’re in Kharadi, so it gets pretty busy around here during the day. We spend most of our time dealing with residential stuff. It’s a lot of phone calls to vendors and checking on how the work is progressing on-site. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just a team of people trying to get houses finished so people can move in. Some days are smoother than others, but that’s just how it is when you’re dealing with construction and renovation. Pune is growing so fast, especially around the 411014 area, so there’s always something going on nearby. We try to keep things straightforward. No one here wears a suit unless they have to. We’d rather be out checking a floor or looking at a kitchen layout. If you stop by the Shiv Sagar Building, you’ll find us working through the daily list of tasks. It's a lot of back and forth, but we enjoy the process. Every house is different, and that keeps it interesting for everyone at Lemon Homes. We just keep our heads down and do the work, one day at a time.
