We are based in a flat in Kothrud, Pune. It’s Flat Number 6 in the Chandravimal Apartments, which is part of Tejas Society. We are quite close to Suyash Hospital, so it’s a pretty easy landmark for people to find. Working out of an apartment building for an automotive company might seem a bit unusual, but it’s where we handle all our administrative and coordination work. The space is filled with desks, computers, and stacks of automotive manuals. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at once, but we’ve made it work for years. Kothrud is a nice area, and we like being part of the local community here. We don't have a big factory at this address; that’s all handled elsewhere. This is the hub for the paperwork, the phone calls, and the planning that keeps the business moving. We usually take our breaks at the small tea stalls around Tejas Society. It’s a very informal atmosphere here. We don't use corporate jargon or have big meetings in boardrooms. We just sit around the desks and talk about what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes the building’s parking is full, so we have to park a bit further away and walk. It’s just a normal, everyday office where we put in our hours and try to keep everything organized. We have been here a long time and the neighbors know us well.
