We operate out of Sampada Apartment at 695 Narayan Peth. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, right behind Lokhande Talim. If you know the area, you know it’s got a lot of history and the streets can be pretty narrow. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Most of our day is spent looking at maps or talking to people about land. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a regular apartment where we do our business. Sometimes the sounds from the talim next door remind us of the neighborhood's energy. We like being in Narayan Peth because it feels like a real community. At Laxmi Ramana Developers, we don't really go for the high-pressure sales stuff. We just show people what’s available and let them decide. There are files everywhere and usually some tea going. It gets busy during the middle of the week, and we often find ourselves working late to finish up some sketches or legal papers. The commute can be a bit tricky with the parking situation, but we’ve figured out the best spots by now. We are just local people trying to help other locals find a place to build or live. It’s straightforward work and we take it one day at a time. Nothing more, nothing less. Usually, we just lock up when the work is finished and start again the next morning. It works for us.
