Our spot is at Plot Number 5 in Shivram Colony. We are part of the Sane Guruji Vasahat area, right off Radhanagari Road here in Kolhapur. If you are familiar with the road, it’s a pretty easy find. We have been working in land and development for a while now. Kolhapur is growing fast, and being in this colony puts us right in the middle of it. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a room with some tables and a lot of paper. We spend our days looking at plots and talking to people who want to build something. It can be a lot of back and forth with the paperwork, but that is just the nature of the work. Radhanagari Road can get quite busy with traffic, so we usually try to get our site visits done early in the morning before it gets too crowded. We aren't into big speeches or fancy presentations. We just show people what is available and tell them the facts. Most of the people who come to see us are neighbors or locals from around Kolhapur. We like that connection. It’s a practical business. We’ve seen the colony change over the years as more houses go up. It’s nice to be a part of that. We just stay focused on our plot numbers and making sure things are done the right way.
