Laxbro Manufacturing Co is located at Plot Number T-90 in the MIDC area of Bhosari. This is a heavy industrial estate, so there is always a lot of activity and noise around here. We’ve got the typical setup you’d expect for a manufacturing unit in this zone. It’s definitely not a quiet place. There is always the sound of metal or machines running in the background. Our space is filled with equipment and raw materials. We don't bother much with office decor or anything like that because we spend most of our time on the factory floor anyway. The MIDC roads can be a bit rough, especially during the monsoon season, but we’re used to the daily commute. We have a small team here, and most of us have been working together for years. We know where everything is kept, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. It’s an honest day’s work for us. We handle the production schedules and try to stay on top of the maintenance. No big corporate meetings here, just quick chats over a cup of tea to figure out the day’s plan. We’ve stayed in Bhosari because it’s where the industry is. Everything we need is within a few kilometers. It’s a practical spot for a business like ours.
