Lavasa Corporation Ltd.(An Hcc Group Company)

We’re located in the Nehe Complex, right near the Garima Showroom in Warje. It’s a busy part of Pune and we’re part of the HCC Group under the Lavasa Corporation Ltd. name. The office itself is pretty basic. We share the space and just try to stay on top of the daily workload. You can find us by looking for the V.R. Nehe sign. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters with glass walls. It feels more like a local business office where people actually do the heavy lifting. There's usually a lot of noise from the street, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We handle a lot of the administrative side of things here. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little overwhelming, but we just take it one pile at a time. We don’t really have any big slogans or fancy mission statements. We just want to get through the day and make sure everything is recorded correctly. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around for a long time and some newer faces. We eat lunch together and complain about the traffic in Warje. It’s a very normal way to work. We aren't trying to sell anything here, we just manage the operations as they come. It’s a practical environment for practical people. We just keep the wheels turning without making a fuss or acting like we are special. It's just a job.
