Our office is tucked away in Shivashankar Nagar, Colony Number 3, which is near the Chakrapani Vasahat area in Bhosari. If you know Pune-39, you know it’s a busy industrial and residential mix. We’ve been at this location for Lavasa Corporation Ltd. for some time. It’s a practical spot for us. We don't have a flashy storefront. It’s mostly just a place where we keep our files and sit at our desks. The street outside can get a bit noisy with all the traffic and people moving around, but inside we just focus on the tasks at hand. There’s always something to do, whether it’s answering emails or sorting out some old records that got misplaced. We aren't big on formal meetings or corporate talk. Usually, we just shout across the room if we need something. The furniture is a bit old, and the tea guy comes by twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us. We just try to keep things running without too much trouble. It’s a simple setup and it works for what we need. We don’t pretend to be anything we aren’t. We are just a local team doing the administrative work that keeps the company going. It’s honest, boring, and necessary work, and we are fine with that. We just show up and do our best every day and leave once the clock strikes five.
