Lavasa Corporation Ltd.

We are based in Pune, working as part of Lavasa Corporation Ltd. Since we’ve been here, we have seen the city grow quite a bit. Our office is just a regular place where we handle the daily grind. It’s not fancy, and we don't spend much time worrying about how the lobby looks. We are more interested in getting the spreadsheets done and making sure the logistics are handled. People here are pretty down to earth. We have a small crew and everyone knows what they need to do when they walk in at nine. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project, other times we leave right on time. We don't have any big corporate manifestos or anything like that. We just do the work. The city of Pune is a good place for this kind of thing because everything you need is close by. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the weekend while we wait for files to load. It’s just a standard office environment with a lot of paper and old computers. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. There isn't much more to it than that. We are just a group of people working together to keep the company moving in the right direction without making a big deal about it. We just show up and do what needs doing to keep everything moving.
