Lavasa Corporation Ltd

You can find us over at Puja Apartments in flat number seven. We are based in Pune, 411029, and it’s a pretty standard residential building where we’ve set up our workspace for Lavasa Corporation Ltd. Working out of an apartment has its own vibe, and it’s a bit more relaxed than being in a glass skyscraper. We have a few rooms set up with desks and filing cabinets. Most of our time goes into managing documents and making sure the records are where they should be. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of visitors, but we make it work somehow. The light in the flat is actually pretty good in the afternoons. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while, and most people around here know we’re just doing our thing. There's no big sign outside, just the name on the door. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that writing this. It’s just us. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It’s just a normal day-to-day life here. We handle the business side of things without much fuss. We try to stay on top of the tasks, even when things get a little disorganized. It’s a functional space for a small team. We just keep our heads down and focus on the lists we have to finish by the end of the week and then we head home.
