Lavasa Corp. Ltd. (Hindustan Construction Co. Ltd. Group)

Our office is tucked away in Gawade Nagar at Sant Garden, right in the C-404 unit. We are close to the Pimpri Chinchwad Link Road, which is a very busy part of Pune 33. Being part of the Hindustan Construction Co. Ltd. Group means we always have plenty of work on our hands. This particular office is where a lot of our local planning and admin work happens. We are mostly focused on the construction side of the business, which involves a lot of technical details and making sure everyone is on the same page. We spend our days looking over blueprints and talking to the teams out at the sites. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with all the files and rolls of paper we have stacked up. We have been at this location for a good while now. Our team is made up of regular people who really know their way around a building project. We are not about making big speeches; we just want to get the work finished. The traffic out on the link road can be a bit of a nightmare in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We usually just stick to our daily schedules and try to keep everything as organized as possible. It involves a lot of communicating back and forth between the main group and our local sites. It is honest work that we have been doing for a long time in this part of town.
