We are Laticrete India Private Limited, and our office is located at 65, Ramdas Society. This is in the Santnagar area, specifically near Aranyeshwar in Pune. It’s a fairly residential-feeling part of Pune, which makes for a nice change of pace compared to the more crowded industrial zones. Ramdas Society is a quiet enough place to get work done. We’ve been here at number 65 for some time now. The building is just a regular structure, and we use it to manage all our daily operations. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s mostly just us handling the orders and the paperwork that comes with being a private limited company. Being in Santnagar, Aranyeshwar, we are part of the local community. You won’t find any polished marble floors or fancy art on the walls here. It’s a practical space with calendars pinned up and stacks of files on the desks. We like it that way because it feels real. Pune is a busy city, but our corner in Ramdas Society feels a bit more grounded. We don’t spend much on advertising or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the work at hand and making sure our records are straight. If you’re coming to see us, just look for the Ramdas Society sign. We’re usually there during the day, just keeping things ticking over and getting the job done.
