L&T-Case

For the L&T-Case operations, we work out of a flat in Pune. It’s Flat Number 11 in Building B-10, located in Popular Nagar, which is part of the Warje-Malvadi area. We are set up in the care of Bhushan C. Kulkarni. It’s a bit different from a standard office building, but being in a residential complex like Popular Nagar actually makes for a pretty calm working environment. We don't have a giant sign on the building or anything like that. Most people wouldn't even know we are here unless they were looking for us specifically. Inside the flat, we have turned the rooms into offices where we can handle the daily business for L&T-Case. There is a small kitchen where we make tea, and the living room area is where we keep the main filing cabinets. It’s a very informal atmosphere, and we like it that way because it feels more like a community than a cold corporate office. The commute for most of us isn't too bad since we live around the Pune area. We spend our hours checking over the case files and making sure everything is in order. It’s quiet, productive, and we get along well with the other residents in the building. We don't have any high-tech gadgets or modern art on the walls. It’s just a place to work and do a good job every day without making things too complicated for ourselves.
