Our place is over at Plot G-2 and 3 in Phase 3 of the industrial area in Talegaon. It’s right on the Chakan Road in Khalumbre, which means there are always big containers and lorries moving around outside. The traffic can be a real headache in the mornings, especially when everyone is trying to get into their shifts at the same time. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of machines and people talking over the hum. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and we’ve slowly filled up the space with equipment and storage racks. It’s an industrial unit, so don’t expect anything too pretty to look at. We have some office space tucked away in the corner where we handle the emails and the boring stuff. Most of the day is spent on the floor, making sure everything is running like it’s supposed to. We eat lunch together in a small break area, usually talking about the cricket score or how long the commute took. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the schedule, but we have a decent group of people here who know what they’re doing. The Chakan area is growing fast, so there’s always something new being built next door. We just try to keep our heads down and finish what’s on the plate for the day. It’s a busy life here in the industrial zone, and we just take it one shift at a time.
