Land & Homes Developer Private Limited is located over in Baner. You can find us on the 5th floor of the Amar N In It Park office building. We are right near the Food Bajar, which is a handy landmark for anyone coming to see us. Being in an IT park means there are a lot of people around, but our floor stays pretty focused. We spend our time developing land and building homes for people. It is a lot of back and forth with architects and city planners. We don't put on airs or try to act like we are bigger than we are. The office is functional and gets the job done. We got into this business because we wanted to create places where people could actually live and feel comfortable. It is not always easy dealing with all the regulations and the paperwork that comes with real estate. There are days when nothing seems to go right, and then there are days when a project finally comes together. We don't use flashy brochures or big promises. We just show people what we have built and let them decide for themselves. Most of our work comes from people hearing about us from their friends. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. Some people call this area Baner /N, but we just know it as Baner. That’s how we like to work.
