Lake Town Developers

Our setup for Lake Town Developers is located over at Plot No.62. We are situated at S. No.22 in Balajinagar, specifically in the Dhankawadi area of Pune. The office is at Manas Bunglo, care of Subhas Rasne. It’s a bit of a specific address to find if you aren't from around here, but once you get to Balajinagar, it’s not too bad. We share the space and keep our operations running from this bungalow. It’s a lot different than being in a commercial high-rise. It feels more like a home, which we actually prefer. R S Nirmal is usually the one keeping things organized here. We deal with various development tasks around Pune 411043. Most days are spent looking over maps or talking to contractors. We don’t have a flashy front desk or a waiting room with a TV. We just have a table where we can spread out our papers and talk. It’s a quiet spot in Dhankawadi, which helps when we need to concentrate on the details of a project. People usually call before they come over since it’s a residential area. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know the local regulations and the land pretty well. It’s just a small team of us working out of the bungalow, trying to keep our projects on track and making sure everything is handled properly without making it too complicated.
