Lake Town Developers, Pune

Lake Town Developers, Pune is based out of Pratap Niwas in Katraj. Tushar V. Bhoj is the main person here. We don’t have a big corporate building with a lot of departments. It’s just our office in Pratap Niwas where we manage everything. Katraj is a busy part of Pune, and being here puts us right where a lot of the growth is happening. We spend our days dealing with the paperwork, the site visits, and the constant phone calls that come with being a developer. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We don’t use fancy slogans or try to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a local business trying to do things right in our own city. If you come by, you’ll probably find Tushar or one of the others looking at a set of plans. The office is simple and functional. We don’t spend money on expensive furniture because we’d rather focus on the work itself. Living and working in Katraj means we see the projects through from start to finish. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We don’t have a big marketing team, so most people find us because they’ve seen our name on a board at a construction site. We just keep our heads down and try to stay busy with the work at hand. That’s how we’ve always done it at Pratap Niwas and we like it that way.
