Lakasha Auto Trim (Pvt.) Ltd. is located over at 108-General Block in M.I.D.C. Bhosari. It's one of those big industrial zones where every building looks kind of the same if you don't know your way around. Our place is tucked in there with all the other workshops and small factories. Most days, we are busy with the trim work for cars and vehicles. It’s a lot of repetitive stuff, but you have to pay attention or things go wrong with the fittings. The air in Bhosari can get a bit heavy with the smell of exhaust and factory smoke, but we’ve been here so long we’re used to it by now. We have a small break area where the guys sit and eat their tiffin around noon. It’s nothing special, just some plastic chairs and a table that wobbles a little bit on the uneven floor. We usually keep the big metal shutter door half-open to let a breeze in, but it mostly just lets in the noise of the traffic and the dogs barking outside. People usually find us by looking for the sign that’s started to fade a little bit from the afternoon sun. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do the work right so we don't have to redo it later. The floors get swept every evening, but by ten the next morning, they are covered in scraps and dust again. It’s just the way it is here.
