Lady World Leadership Foundation

Our place is out in Haveli, specifically in Shivchaitynya Nagar. It’s at G No 113/7B, near Khandoba Mal. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around Pune, but locals know the landmarks. Lady World Leadership Foundation is basically just a small office where a few of us gather. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, honestly. We have some posters up and a lot of notebooks scattered around. It gets a bit dusty because of the road nearby, but we don't mind much. We spend our days chatting about how to handle different tasks. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We take our time with things. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we end up doing more face-to-face talking, which is probably better anyway. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so you hear kids playing outside and people going about their business. We aren't some big organization with a huge budget. We are just local people trying to coordinate things from this little corner of Phtal. It's practical. We have what we need to get the job done. If you walk past Khandoba Mal, you're pretty much there. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who do the work. It’s a bit cramped when everyone shows up at once, but we make it work. Usually, we just share a big table and get on with it.
