Lachemi Chemorgs Pvt. Ltd. is based in the Lalbaug Society, at unit C-103 in Gultekdi. We are right near the Shivaji statue, which is a big landmark that everyone knows around here. Our office is more like a residential apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace for our chemical business. It’s a quiet area compared to the main roads, which is nice for getting our paperwork and coordination done. We deal with various chemical organic products, so a lot of our time is spent on the phone with suppliers and coordinating with warehouses. We don't actually keep the chemicals here in the society, as that wouldn't be right; this is just where the administrative side of things happens. There’s a kitchen where we make tea and a living room filled with filing cabinets and a couple of desks. It feels very much like a home office. Sometimes the neighbors from the society pop in to say hello, or we chat near the statue during lunch. We’ve been operating from this Gultekdi address for quite a while now.
