L &T, Ecc

We are located at Kunal Estate in Chinchwad, Pune. The office is Flat Number 01 in Building A7/1, Keshavnagar. We are working out of Pardeep Bajarange's place. Chinchwad is a really busy part of Pune, and there is always something happening outside. Kunal Estate is a large residential complex, so finding the right building can take a minute if you are new here. L &T, Ecc is the name we use for this branch. The flat is on the ground floor, which makes it easy to move things in and out. It is a regular apartment that we have converted into our working space. We have the usual office chairs and tables crammed in there. It gets a bit tight when everyone is working at once. The sounds of the neighborhood, like people talking or cars driving by, are always in the background. It is a very human way to work, being right in the middle of where people live. We do our daily tasks for L &T, Ecc and try to stay on top of the paperwork. The weather in Pune is usually okay, but we still have the fans going most of the time. It is a functional space without any bells or whistles. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and that is our day. It is a very practical setup for us and keeps us connected to the city.
