L & T Concrete is based here in Pune. You can find us at the address c/o Chandrakant Nikam, which is at Sr.No. 32/1 in the Dattaguru Housing Society. We are located right near the Sai Sundarambuilding in the Tukaramnagar area of Kharadi. Our office is part of a housing society, which makes it feel much more like a local business than a big corporate entity. We manage our concrete operations from this spot. It’s a very simple office with the basic things we need, like desks, chairs, and our project files. We don't have a big marketing budget or any glossy advertisements. We just do our work day in and day out. Kharadi is a very busy area of Pune these days with a lot of construction going on everywhere. Being in Tukaramnagar keeps us close to the action. We like the Dattaguru Housing Society because it’s a friendly place to be based. The team here just focuses on keeping the concrete orders and the paperwork moving along. We don't use any fancy mission statements or corporate talk. We are just regular people working in a regular office. It’s a functional and honest way to run things. We’ve been at this Kharadi address for a while and it works perfectly for our needs. We just show up, do the job, and keep things simple.
