L & L Products Shroff Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No. G-5/2-3 in the Chakan MIDC Industrial Area, Phase III. We are located near the villages of Nighoje and Kuruli in the Khed area. It’s a bit out of the way if you’re coming from Pune, but it’s where all the industrial action is. Our facility is pretty large because we need the space for all the products we handle. It’s not a glamorous place to work. It’s a big hall with high ceilings and a lot of activity. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to manage our image. We’re just a group of people who work hard to keep production moving. The roads around here can be rough, and during the rainy season, the commute is a bit of a challenge for everyone. We aren't a polished corporate entity with a bunch of rules. We’re a private limited company, but we run things more like a family business. We have lunch together and talk about the day's problems. Sometimes we have issues with machines or shipping, but we just sit down and figure it out. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just make products and try to get them to our clients on time. It’s a long day’s work, but we are proud of the fact that we’ve stayed in business this long. Our team is small and everyone knows their role without being told twice.
