Kundan Builders

Kundan Builders operates out of the Clover Heights Housing Society on Salunke Vihar Road. We are in building B3, specifically in flat number 3114. Working out of a housing society gives the whole place a very different vibe than a typical office park. You see families going about their day and kids playing in the common areas while we are inside going through blueprints and contracts. Our space is basically an apartment that we’ve converted into an office. It means we have a kitchen where we can make our own coffee and a balcony where we can step out for some air when the phones get too loud. The Salunke Vihar area is always busy, but once you get inside the society gates, it’s much more peaceful. We have a few desks set up in what used to be the living room. It’s not a very formal environment. We often have clients coming in to talk about their homes, and we just sit around a regular table with them. There’s no shiny reception desk or glass partitions. It feels a bit like sitting in someone’s home, which we think helps people feel more at ease. We focus on the details of the buildings we work on, and this office is where all those plans come together. It’s a practical, local way to run a construction business in Wanowrie.
