Kunal Renovators

Kunal Renovators is based in the Karve Nagar area of Pune. We have been working around Hingne Budrukh for quite a while now. Renovation is a different kind of job compared to building something brand new. You never really know what you are going to find when you start tearing down an old wall or floor. It is often dusty and very loud, but that is just part of the daily process for us. We work mostly on homes that need a bit of a refresh or sometimes a total overhaul because they are old. Karvenagar is a nice residential pocket, and we have gotten to know many of the lanes and buildings here over the years. We do not have a massive office or a team of secretaries answering phones. It is just us doing the renovations ourselves. We handle the masonry, the plumbing, and the basic structural changes that a house might need. People usually call us because they want to fix a leaking kitchen or maybe expand a balcony. We tell them what is possible and what is not. Sometimes things take longer than expected because old buildings always have surprises hidden in the walls. We stay local because it is easier to manage the labor and transport the materials we need. Dealing with Hingne Budrukh traffic is enough of a challenge for one day. We are just the guys who get your house fixed up without a lot of extra drama.
