We’ve been over here at Motiram Nagar for a while now. Most people know the spot because it’s right opposite the Cipla Foundation in Warje. It isn't a massive corporate skyscraper or anything like that. We just have our space in the A-103 unit. Most mornings start with the sound of the traffic picking up on the main road outside. We usually get in early before the heat starts to sit heavy in the office. It’s a pretty standard setup with desks and some old files stacked up in the corner. We spend most of the day dealing with paperwork and taking calls. Sometimes we step out to grab a tea from the stall down the lane. It’s a quiet enough area when the school buses aren't going past. We don't really have a lobby with a fancy receptionist; you just walk in and someone will usually look up from their screen. The light in the afternoons hits the front windows quite hard so we keep the blinds down mostly. It’s a practical place to get through the daily tasks. We know the neighbors in the building, and everyone just kind of does their own thing. It works for what we need. You can see the Cipla sign from our front door which helps people find us if they get lost in the winding streets of Warje. It’s just us doing what we do every day.
