We’re over in Jaidev Nagar, right off Sinhgad Road here in Pune. Our place is number 63. Sagar S. Patil and P. N. Kanbarkar are the ones you’ll usually find around or dealing with things. We’ve been working out of this spot for a good while. It's a local operation, nothing too fancy. We handle property stuff, which means a lot of time spent on the phone or out meeting people at different sites. The office is basically just where we keep the records and meet up to discuss what’s next. You might have seen our names on some of the paperwork if you're in the neighborhood. We use an old Sify email for most of our digital stuff, which tells you how long we've been at this. Sinhgad Road is always busy, but Jaidev Nagar stays a bit calmer. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of sales people. It’s just us. We deal with people directly. Sometimes the office is a bit cluttered with blueprints and folders, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical setup. Pune 411030 is where we live and work. We know the streets and the buildings around here pretty well. It’s not a corporate life, just a day-to-day business helping people with their property needs. We've seen the city expand, but we stay rooted here in this corner of Pune. It is just the two of us making sure everything stays on track.
