Kumarbuilders

We are located at B-406 in Gangakunj, which is in the Kalas area of Malwadi, Pune. This is a bit further out from the main city center, but it’s a growing neighborhood. We go by the name Kumarbuilders here. The office is on the fourth floor of the Gangakunj building. It’s a residential-cum-commercial area, so it’s relatively quiet compared to places like Nana Peth or Viman Nagar. From our window, we can see a lot of the newer constructions happening in the Malwadi area. We spend our days looking over site plans and talking to folks who are interested in our building projects. The office has a very relaxed feel to it. We have a few desks, some comfortable chairs, and a lot of files stacked up in the corner. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular building where we do our daily work. Sometimes the neighbors from the flats upstairs come by just to say hello or ask about some local news. We get our work done without much fuss or noise. The parking is usually okay around here, which is a relief for anyone driving in to see us. We focus on the local projects in this side of Pune. It’s an honest, simple way of working where we know the local land and the people who live around here. We usually wind up our work by evening and head home like everyone else in the building. It’s a decent place to spend the workday.
