We operate out of 474 Ganesh Peth, right behind the Gurudwara here in Pune 1. We are part of the Liladhar Bayad setup. It is a very old and busy neighborhood, and you can always hear the sounds of the city through the walls. We have been in this spot for a long time, and we know almost every corner of Ganesh Peth by now. Our office is not much to look at, just some desks and a lot of cabinets filled with property records. We do not have a big fancy sign or anything like that. Most folks just know we are the ones behind the Gurudwara. We spend our days talking to people about rents, sales, and all the paperwork that goes with it. It can be a bit chaotic sometimes with people dropping in and the phones ringing, but we manage. We do not use any high-pressure tactics or corporate jargon. We just speak the local language and try to help people figure out their property issues. Sometimes we get caught up in long chats over chai, but that is just part of how we do business here. It is a simple life, working in the heart of the city, and we would not have it any other way. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, making sure the people who trust us get the information they need.
