Our office is located in Building Number 4, Flat 18, over at Pratiknagar. We are right on Paud Road in the Kothrud area. It is a very busy part of Pune, but our little spot in the building stays fairly quiet. We handle all sorts of property work from this flat. It is a bit cramped with all the maps and ledgers we keep, but it works for us. We are not the type of people to wear suits and ties every day. Most of the time, we are just in casual clothes, meeting with landlords or people looking for a new place to stay. Kothrud has changed so much since we started, with new shops and buildings popping up everywhere. We try to keep up with it all, but we still do things the old-fashioned way. We write a lot of stuff down by hand and we prefer meeting people face-to-face. If you come by, you might have to move a stack of papers to find a seat, but we will always have time to talk. We do not bother with big advertisements. Most people just hear about us from their friends or family. We just want to keep things running smoothly for everyone who comes to us for help with their housing needs. It is hard work, but being in Kothrud makes it interesting because there is always something new happening outside.
