Kumar Properties

You can find us at B-22 in the Uma Co-operative Housing Society. We are right there in Manikbag on Sinhgad Road. It is a busy part of Pune 51, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been operating from this society for a while now. It feels more like a home than a stiff office building, which we actually prefer. Most of our work involves helping people find apartments or dealing with the local property market around Sinhgad Road. We do not have a marketing department or a fancy lobby. It is usually just us sitting around the table with some tea, looking over floor plans or legal documents. We talk to people plainly and do not try to hide things behind lawyer talk. If a place has a leak or the parking is tight, we just say so. People seem to like that we are honest about the small stuff. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much, but once you step inside our office, it is a lot calmer. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the local families and workers find a spot that fits them. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do. We just keep our records in order and wait for the next person to knock on the door.
