We set up shop at A/76 in Karnik Nagar, over in the New Paccha Peth area of Solapur. It is a decent neighborhood and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the street. Dealing with property in Solapur is what we do every day. We are not a big corporation, just a small local outfit trying to make a living. The office is pretty basic with some old wooden furniture and a fan that clicks a bit too much in the summer. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to check on different buildings. People know they can find us here if they need to ask about a lease or a sale. We do not use those shiny brochures or sales pitches. We just tell people what is available and what the situation is. Sometimes the coffee is cold and the files are a bit messy, but we always find what we are looking for. It is just how we run things. Being in New Paccha Peth means we see a lot of the same faces, which is nice. We try to be fair and just get the job done without any extra fuss. Solapur is a busy place, but we keep our corner of it pretty straightforward and down to earth for whoever walks in. It is just about getting through the day and helping folks find a decent place to stay or work.
