Kumar Properties

We have been at 63/3 in Armament Colony for a good while now. It is a quiet spot in Aundh, and most folks around here know where we are. Dealing with properties in Pune keeps us pretty busy every day. There is always something to do, whether it is sorting out paperwork or meeting someone at a site. We don't really do the fancy office thing with big signs. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get backed up. We mostly focus on this side of town because it is what we know best. Sometimes the traffic in Pune is a nightmare, so staying local helps quite a bit. We just try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a place or wants to move, they drop by the office. It isn't always perfectly organized, but we get the job done. People seem to appreciate that we don't use a lot of big words or complicated contracts. We just talk like normal people. The building here has its quirks, but it is home to the business. We keep the tea kettle going for anyone who stops in. Usually, it is just about finding what works for the person walking through the door. Nothing too flashy, just us working out of this spot in Pune-7. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we are still right here.
