Our office is located at 331 Mangalwar Peth, which is right in one of the older parts of Pune. If you’ve ever walked through the peths, you know how narrow the lanes are and how much history is packed into every corner. It’s a very different vibe from the new parts of the city. There’s a lot of noise from scooters and people walking by all day long. Our place is in an old-style building, and it’s usually quite cool inside even when it’s hot out on the street. We deal with properties all around this area, which means looking at a lot of old structures and complicated paperwork. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy digital screens. We still use a lot of paper and keep everything in big registers. We usually have the door open to let some air in, and neighbors often pop their heads in just to say hi. The traffic in Mangalwar Peth can be a nightmare, so we mostly walk to nearby sites. We’ve been based here for a long time and we know the local geography like the back of our hands. It’s a bit cramped in the office with all the files and the tea cups, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be some huge corporate real estate firm. We’re just a local business that’s been part of the Peth for years, handling property things for the people around here.
