We are located over at 18 Parth Vihar in the Atreya Society, which is a nice part of Kothrud in Pune. If you know Kothrud, you know it’s full of trees and has a bit of a calmer feel than the center of the city. Our office is right there in the residential area, so it’s usually pretty quiet outside. We spend most of our time dealing with property papers and talking to people about houses or flats in the neighborhood. It’s not a big, flashy real estate office with neon signs. It’s more of a place where you sit down, have a cup of tea, and look over some maps and documents. The office has a few old cupboards full of files that have been there for years. We know most of the people who live in Atreya Society and the surrounding streets. Sometimes we’re out showing someone a place, and other times we’re just stuck behind the desk trying to organize the latest listings. The phone rings a fair bit, mostly people asking about prices in Kothrud. We don't have a big staff, so if we're out at a site, the office might just be locked for an hour. It’s a very local way of doing things. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we like the pace of the neighborhood. It feels more like a community than just a busy business district, which suits us just fine.
