Our office is over in Viman Nagar, specifically in the Lunkad Colonnade 1 building. We are up on the third floor in flat 301. It’s a busy area because of the airport nearby and all the new cafes that have opened up. We’ve been at this Pune address for some time, handling whatever property work comes our way under the Kumar Properties Pvt Ltd name. The office itself feels more like a home since it’s a flat. We have a few desks set up and some old cupboards for the files. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is quite a climb. We get all sorts of people coming in, from students looking for a place to stay to older folks selling their old apartments. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and some trees. We don’t have a big reception or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. It can get pretty noisy with the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. We usually order lunch from the small places nearby. It’s a straightforward setup where we focus on getting the daily paperwork done and talking to clients who want to know about the current rates in the locality. Nothing too complicated, just a regular day at work where we try to stay on top of all the property listings in Viman Nagar.
