Kumar Properties, Pune

We are based out of Dhankawadi on the Pune-Satara Road. Specifically, we are located near the Rajmudra Society on the Telephone Exchange Road. Our office is part of the Adishakti Society No.2, and we share the space or are located c/o V.R. Deore. It is a very busy part of Pune-43, with the main road always packed with buses and cars heading out of the city. We have been working as Kumar Properties, Pune from this location for quite a while now. The office isn't very large, just enough space for our desks and a few chairs for when people stop by to discuss property deals. The noise from the telephone exchange road is something you just get used to after a week or so. We handle a lot of queries regarding local flats and plots in the Dhankawadi area. It’s a practical workspace without any unnecessary decorations or fancy furniture. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and tea when we need a break. Most of our day is spent talking to people who live nearby or are looking to move into the area. The building is a bit older, so we are always fixing something or the other. We don't have a big corporate feel here; it’s more like a neighborhood office where people feel comfortable walking in to ask a quick question about real estate prices or paperwork. It stays pretty busy until we close up for the evening.
