Our setup is located in Parvati, inside the Shreebhagyashree Society. The address is B1-103, and it is part of S.No. 133/B/1. It’s a quiet residential area compared to the main city center, which makes it a nice place to work from. We go by the name Kumar Properties, India. The office is small and simple, tucked away in the society building. We spend most of our mornings checking through new listings or answering calls from people interested in buying or selling. Since we are in Parvati, we see a lot of locals who just want to chat about how the land prices are changing in the neighborhood. The office is basically one main room with a couple of chairs for visitors. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights outside. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking at the society directory. The commute here can be a bit slow because of the traffic on the nearby main roads, but once you get inside the society gates, it’s much calmer. We try to keep things organized, but there are always piles of paper on the desks. It is just a regular local business where we know the security guards and the folks living in the other flats. We take care of the property details and keep our records updated as best as we can without making things too complex for anyone.
