Kumar Properties & Bio - Tech

We have our place at Survey Number 58/3B in Azad Nagar, not too far from the group II area in Wanworie. The name on the door says Kumar Properties & Bio-Tech, which covers the different things we get into around here. It is a bit of a mix, but it keeps life interesting for us. The office is located near the Iiibasrpfcmp, which is a bit of a mouthful, but locals know the spot. We spend a lot of time dealing with local properties, but we also have our hands in some bio-tech projects. It is not your typical office setup. One minute we might be talking about a piece of land, and the next we are looking at something completely different. We are not corporate people at all. Our desks are usually covered in a mess of papers and drawings. We like being in Wanworie because it has a good mix of people. We do not really do much in the way of big marketing or fancy speeches. We just talk to whoever walks in and try to be useful. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, while other days we are running around from morning until night. We do not have everything figured out perfectly, but we work hard and try to treat people right without making things complicated. It is just how we have always done it.
